(3-2-25) Celina Police arrested today Jason Kuhn (44) on a 1st degree misdemeanor of theft.
He is being held on $2,000 (10%) bond at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center.
He is awaiting a Celina Municipal Court appearance.
A first-degree misdemeanor conviction carries the following penalties:
- Up to six months in jail
- Up to a $1,000 fine
Depending on the nature of the offense, a judge may also impose other punishments, including mandatory house arrest, community service, probation, drug testing, or counseling.
