(2-19-25) Dawn McNaughton, MD, chief medical officer of Grand Lake Physician Practices has been nominated as the 2025 Ohio Hospital Association (OHA) Health Care Worker of the Year.

A USAF veteran and dedicated family physician, Dawn leads with compassion and commitment. From mentoring future rural health care providers at Wright State University to spearheading community health initiatives and mobile clinics, her contributions ensure quality care reaches all. Her leadership and dedication to preventive care have made a profound impact on both Grand Lake Health System and the broader community.
