Melissa Lowry (52) of Cridersville faces a 4th degree felony charge of harassment with a bodily substance stemming from a February 3rd incident in the Cridersville area.
Lowry faced charges of assault, resisting arrest, criminal mischief and harassment by an inmate knowingly carrying the virus that causes, aids, Hepatitis Virus, or Infected With Tuberculosis and Causes or Attempts to Cause Other Person to Come in Contact With Bodily Substances.
