(2-6-26) On February 5, 2025 at 8:07p.m. Darke County Sheriff’s Deputies along with Osgood Fire and Rescue responded to the 14800 block of Bergman Road in reference to a single vehicle crash with injury.
Preliminary investigation revealed that a Red 2008 Chevrolet Impala, driven by Colby Wehrman (19) of Yorkshire was traveling Northbound on Bergman Road. Wehrman failed to control his vehicle, and traveled off the left side of the roadway, rolling multiple times. Wehrman was ejected from the vehicle.
Wehrman was transported to Wilson Health, then later transferred to Miami Valley Hospital, where he remains in stable condition.
This crash remains under investigation.
