(1-20-25) Eric McPheron (34) and Lindsey McPheron (33) of Lima were arrested Monday by the Celina Police on charges related to dumpster diving and theft at the Dollar Tree and Harbor Freight in Celina.

Eric allegedly took merchandise from a dumpster at Dollar Tree on Havemann Road and is also accused of entering and remaining on the property of Dollar Tree and Harbor Freight.

At the time of the arrest Eric was in possession of a clear glass pipe with burnt residue commonly used for smoking methamphetamine.

Lindsey was charged with criminal tresspass and aiding and abetting her husband.

The McPherons were taken to the Mercer County Jail to await a Celina Municipal Court appearance.
