(1-15-25) Caden Thobe (20) of Coldwater was arrested today by Coldwater Police on 3rd degree felony of strangulation (substantial risk of serious physical harm).

He is also been charged with misdemeanor charges of domestic violence and disorderly conduct.

He has 1pm Celina Municipal Court hearing today at 1pm and is awaiting a Mercer County Common Pleas hearing.

He is being held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center.
