(12-31-24) Joshua Cole (35) of Celina was booked today on two 5th degree felony charges of vandalism and escape.

He is being held at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center awaiting a Mercer County Common Pleas Court hearing.

Devan Thobe (19) of New Bremen was arrested on a 1st degree misdemeanor domestic violence charge.

Thobe is being held without bond pending a Celina Municipal Court appearance.
