(12-26-24) Two from Celina, Tiffany Lutz (30) and Randy Shouse (61) were booked into the Mercer County Adult Detention Center on 3rd degree felony charges of trafficking in drugs.

Both are being held without bond and they both will be appearing in Mercer County Common Pleas Court tomorrow at 1pm.

Lutz was convicted on a 5th degree felony on possession of drugs in September of 2023.
