(12-20-24) After 26 years of faithful and dedicated service to the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office, Captain Lori Knapke is retiring.
Knapke started her career as a 9-1-1 dispatcher in 1998 and quickly rose through the ranks, from Deputy to Administrative Sergeant to Administrative Lieutenant. For the past three years she has served as Captain of the Civil Division.
Her dedication, sacrifice, and commitment to serving our community will never be forgotten and the Sheriff’s office thanks her for her service.
