(12-10-24) Kelsea Brown (29) of Coldwater was arrested by the Coldwater Police on a 1st degree misdemeanor charge of Falsification, public official,misled.

Brown is being held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center on $2,000 (10%) bond and awaiting a Celina Municipal Court appearance.
