(12-10-24) Samuel Paul (49) Celina is claiming that a November shooting was an act of self-defense. 

A notice was filed on December 5th in Mercer County Court of Common Pleas.

Paul is currently being held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center on two counts of attempted murder and three counts of felonious assault. He is being held on $750,000 (10%) bond.

His next hearing is scheduled for tomorrow (12-11-24) in Mercer County Common Pleas Court.
