(11-28-24) Celina teen Cavhan Wagnild (18) was arrested today by the Mercer County Sheriff’s Department on a 1st degree misdemeanor charge of domestic violence.

He is being held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center with no bond and is awaiting a Celina Municipal Court hearing.
