(11-28-24) Casey Rolfes (41) of Celina was indicted on November 21st on three felony charges related to the alleged theft of water and sewage services over a 6 year period from May 6th, 2008-August 30th, 2024.

Rolfes allegedly used a straight bar water meter by-pass illegally.

The indictment counts included 5th degree felony charges of theft and possession of criminal tools. Rolfes is accused of stealing an amount that is one thousand dollars or more and less than seven thousand five hundred dollars.

Rolfes is scheduled to appear in Mercer County Common Pleas Court on December 3rd.
