(11-17-24) Deseree McDowell (41) of Celina was arrested on a 4th degree misdemeanor charge of domestic violence by the Ft. Recovery Police.

She is awaiting a Celina Municipal Court hearing on November 20th. She is being held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center.

In September of 2023 she was arrested by Celina Police for persistent disorderly conduct and was sentenced in April 2024 after a no contest final plea.
