(11-15-24) Chelsey Mills (35) of Celina was booked today into the Mercer County Adult Detention Center.

She is charged with possession of drugs, a 5th degree felony.

She was also charged with OVI and driving under suspension. Both charges are 1st degree misdemeanor charges.

She is being held with no bond and is awaiting a Celina Municipal Court hearing.
