(10-31-24) Alberto Cervantes (50) of Celina was arrested today by Rockford Police on a 4th degree misdemeanor charge of criminal trespass.

Cervantes is accused of attempting to enter a detached garage at a residence on West Market Street in Rockford early Thursday morning. Cervantes was arrested after an investigation that included surveillance footage from the property owner.

He is being held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center on $500 (10%) bond awaiting a Celina Municipal Court Hearing.

According to court records he had a hearing on disorderly conduct yesterday afternoon from an incident on September 21st.
