(10-23-24) Two separate arrests were made today in Mercer County.

Zachary Swisher (32) Celina was charged with a 1st degree misdemeanor of theft without consent and a 5th degree felony of possession of drugs, obtain, possess or use. He was indicted on those charges in September.

He is awaiting a Mercer County Common Pleas Court hearing.

His recent bond was revoked—

Alicia Graham (31) was booked into the Mercer County Adult Detention and is being held on $2,000 (10%) bail.

She is charged with a 2nd degree misdemeanor of resisting arrest and a 1st degree misdemeanor of falsification, public official mislead.

She is awaiting a Celina Municipal Court Hearing.
