(10-19-24) — CareFight was called to 9000 block of New Harrison-Bradford Road in Darke County at around 4:15 pm this afternoon after a 12-year-old girl was reported to have fallen off the roof of a barn. 

According to the Gettysburg Rural Fire Department first responders the child was helping with work on the roof, got too close to the edge and accidentally fell.

The child was not seriously injured in the incident.

No names or other details have been released at this time.
