(10-18-24) Brian Dull (41) of Celina and Donald Health (53) of Union City, Indiana were both arrested on drug related charges.
Wednesday, at around 9:44 P.M, the Celina Police Officers made a traffic stop on West Logan Street. The driver was identified as Dull and the front seat passenger was identified as Heath. Dull admitted that he did not have a valid driver’s license. He is also charged with a 5th degree felony of possession of drugs and a 4th degree felony of use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
The passenger, Heath, appeared to be trying to hide something in his jacket pocket. A police K-9 was brought to the scene. The police eventually discovered methamphetamine in the vehicle.
Dull was also charged with a 5th degree felony of possession of drugs and a 4th degree felony of use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
Both are being held on $50,000 (10%) bonds at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center.
