(10-17-24) Ten counts of felony illegal voting charges against Benjamin King (47) have been dropped.
On September 20th Mercer County Common Pleas Court Judge Matt Fox granted a Nolle prosequi motion by Mercer County Assistant Prosecutor Anthony Miller that vacated the charges.
Nolle prosequi (abbreviated nol. pros.) is a Latin phrase, which directly translates to “not to wish to prosecute.” Nolle prosequi is a legal notice or entry of record that the prosecutor or plaintiff has decided to abandon the prosecution or lawsuit.
