(10-8-24) Michelle Schmerge (34) of Sidney was indicted on September 24th by a Shelby County Grand Jury on numerous felony charges. She was arrested on August 28th on the alleged offenses that occurred during July and August.
All of the charges are related to incidents with minors 13 years or younger.
Her bond, was set at $150,00 (10%). A jury trial is scheduled in the Shelby County Common Pleas Court on November 19th.
