(9-26-24) Daniel James Harlow (39) of Ansonia was charged in s in Randolph (Indiana) Superior Court with three counts of causing serious bodily injury when driving with a controlled substance in his system, a Level 5 felony carrying up to six years in prison.
- Three counts of causing serious bodily injury when operating a vehicle with a schedule I or II substance, each a Level 5 felony
- One count of possession of methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony
- Misdemeanor count of possession of marijuana
Randolph County (Indiana) Sheriff’s Department said Harlow was driving a 2005 Honda Pilot when he allegedy ran a red light at U.S. 36 and U.S. 27 and struck a 2020 Nissan Rouge driven by a 71-year-old Union City woman and her 76 year old husband..

Harlow is facing other charges…including possession of meth and possession of marijuana. Blood tests showed that Harlow had both of those substances in his system at the time of the crash, on Dec. 28, 2022.
