Bills has been charged by federal authorities with entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds, disorderly or disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds, disorderly conduct in a Capitol building, and parading, picketing, and demonstrating in a Capitol building on January 6th 2021.
Bills was arrested by the FBI Monday in Toledo and has posted bond and will appear in federal court later this month.
