(9-19-24) Rebecca Wooten (31) of Lima was arrested yesterday by the Celina Police on a misdemeanor 1st degree theft consent charge.

She is being held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center on $2,000 (10%) bond.

She is scheduled for arraignment tomorrow at 10:30am at the Celina Municipal Court.
