(916-24) Two individuals were booked today into the Mercer County Adult Detention Center.

Ernest Jr Martinez (31) was booked today on a 5th degree breaking and entering charge and is being held with no bond. He is awaiting on a hearing in the Mercer County Common Pleas Court.

Sparrow James Kelley (36) of St. Marys is being held on a 1st degree misdemeanor of theft without consent, the violation took place on June 20. Kelley’s next Celina Municipal Court date is scheduled for September 18th and has a cash bond of $2,025
