(9-14-24) Savannah Thees (37) of Celina was arrested yesterday by the Celina Police Department on a 1st degree misdemeanor of possessing drug abuse instruments.
Thees is being held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center with $2,000 (10%) bond. She is awaiting a Celina Municipal Court hearing.

Thees said in the interview that the Foundations Behavioral Health Services clubhouse would be a safe, supporting place for those undergoing services on the road to sobriety.
“A lot of people in early recovery don’t have the safety net of sober family, sober places to go so then they isolate. This is going to be a place where we can all come together as our new recovery family and all hang out and learn new things to do to occupy time.”

When you’re convicted of possessing drug abuse instruments and already have another conviction on your record for any drug abuse offense, the possession offense is a first-degree misdemeanor. Possible punishment includes up to 180 days in jail and a fine of up to $1,000.
