(9-10-24) The Mercer County Commissioners this morning at their meeting have appointed Fred Wiswell to the Mercer County Library Board of Trustees. Wiswell will replace Elaine Maurer who is leaving the Board after serving since 2002.

Wiswell is a past Superintendent of Celina City Schools and was also the past executive Director of Otterbein St Marys.
The Board of Trustees of the Mercer County Library District is made up of seven county residents.
The following are the current Board Members of the Mercer County District Library:

- Mrs. Marie McClurg – Vice President
- Mr. Rick Stahl
- Mrs. Jane Woods
- Mrs. Carol Hone
- Andrea Strable
