(9-6-24) Today the Celina Police Department arrested Monty Milner (71) of Columbus on 5th degree felony charge of possession of cocaine.
Milner is being held at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center with no bond…he is awaiting a Mercer County Common Pleas court hearing.
