(8-30-24) Two out-of-the area individuals have been arrested and have had the charges heard in Celina Municipal Court.

Cody Watkins (34) of Youngstown was arrested today on a 1st degree misdemeanor domestic violence charge. He pleaded not guilty to the charge today in Celina Municipal Court.

After the hearing he was released today on bond and has a pre-trial hearing at 9:15am on October 3rd.

This morning Amy Garringer (49) was found guilty in Crlina Municipal Court of a theft incident at the Celina Walmart. She was arrested on the charge yesterday and was housed at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center.
