(8-30-24) Noel Cottrell and Kaitlyn Burhans were charged on Thursday in Randolph Circuit Court with two counts each of attempted murder of two men.
The shooting victims said as they stood outside a “red car” allegedly driven by Burhans drove past, and Cottrell began shooting at them.
Yesterday the Court granted the State’s Motion for Continuance and rescheduled the Initial Hearing to Tuesday, September 3, 2024, at 11:30 o’clock a.m. The Court set bond in the amount of $150,000.00, which shall be posted by paying 10% cash.
Both are being held in the Randolph County Jail.
