(8-29-24) Dana Corporation says it will close its Lima plant by the end of 2025.
The Lima plant presently employs around 280 employees.
Dana spokesman Craig Barber-
“We move operations quite a bit as really an efficiency and a change in customer landscape and such. It’s part of our standard gratitude to optimize and be more efficient.”
The plant has been in operation since 1970 and manufactures drive shafts for trucks and commercial vehicles.
Dana’s world headquarters is located in Maumee, Ohio.
