(8-28-24) Joshua Kittle (40) of Celina was recently indicted on two 3rd degree felony charges of theft and two 3rd degree charges of having weapons, drug related convictions. The incident happened on June 23rd.

His 1st hearing in Mercer County Common Pleas Court was held this morning, his next’s hearing is scheduled for September 4th. He is being held with a $100,000 (10%) bond at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center.
