(8-23-24) The Adams County Circuit Court issued an arrest warrant today for Union Township Trustee Nathan Mihm of Decatur. The Adams County Sheriff’s Office arrested Mihm shortly afterwards.
Mihm faces seven felony counts related to the case:l
- Conflict of Interest (4 counts) – Level 6 felony
- Perjury – Level 6 felony
- Theft between $750 and $50,000 – Level 6 felony
- Theft greater than $50,000 – Level 5 felony
Indiana State Police and the Indiana State Board of Accounts have both completed investigations.

Mihm is being held without bond in the Adams County Jail until his initial court hearing, which is scheduled for August 29th.
