(8-21-24) Dusty Krogman (38) of Mendon was sentenced today on pandering obscenity involving a minor, 2nd degree felony.

He was indicted on 60 counts on September 21st, 2023.

In a plea agreement Krogman pleaded guilty on March 20th to twenty 2nd degree felony charges.

Krogman was sentenced to 5 years of community control sanctions and will be sent to a community based correctional facility in Cincinnati that has a sex offenders program. Krogman will be labeled as a Tier 2 sex offender. Krogman will have to register his address with law enforcement every 180 days for 25 years.
