(8-16-24) Travis Heistan (31) of Celina was arrested today on two felony counts.

  • 1st degree rape, victim under 13 nonforcible
  • 3rd degree gross sexual imposition (2 counts)

Heistan was arrested by the Celina Police Department and is being held at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center with no bond and awaiting a Mercer County Common Pleas Court hearing.
