Mihm During This Time…
For Mihm during this time he has been in conflict on several occasions…
In January of 2024 the board voted no to Mihm’s multiple requests for a raise in pay for himself In 2023.
In a January 2023 court case over the Union Township Trustee office being won by Republican Alice Weil in November was overturned due to her formerly pleading guilty to a felony that was never expunged, making her ineligible to be a candidate.
The court found that petitioner Nathan Mihm, the Democratic Party nominee who pushed the lawsuit into action and received the second largest portion of the votes, to be trustee.
Township advisory board members Jessica Roemer and Scott Marbach have refused to approve Mihm’s 2024 budget because, they allege, Mihm will not show them a breakdown of the budget.
