(8-12-24) Two weekend arrests saw two men jailed.

Edward Sellers (44) Ft. Jennings was arrested by Rockford Police on August 9th…he was arrested on violating a 5th degree felony protection order. In March of 2024 he was convicted of violating a protection order in Celina Municipal Court.

He is presently being held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center on $50,000 (10%) bond and is awaiting a Mercer County Common Pleas Court hearing on August 16th at 1pm.

Cory VanGundy (47) of Celina was arrested by Celina Police yesterday on two misdemeanor charges, (1st degree) hit/skip crash on a public roadway and driving while under the influence of alcohol and drugs (1st degree).

He is scheduled for a 10:30 am Celina Municipal Court hearing…presently he is housed at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center with a $50,000 (10%) bond.
