(8-9-24) 71 year old Flora Noe of Celina, Ohio was arrested on domestic violence charges by the Celina Police Department on August 7th.

Today she pleaded not guilty in Celina Municipal Court and has a August 28th pre-trial hearing at 9:45am. She was released this afternoon on bond and was given certain sentencing conditions.
