(8-7-24) About 2:25 p.m. on Monday Jose Reynaldo (32) of Fort Recovery was driving a 2020 Mack Anthem truck registered to Cooper Farms of Fort Recovery.and told Jay County Sheriff’s Deputies that he couldn’t see the Harley-Davidson driven by Adam J. Manor (42) of Portland while he was entering the intersection of County Roads 400 South and 300 West and drove in front of Manor and causing the crash.
Reynaldo told police officers that he had stopped at the intersection and that he couldn’t see past the rows of corn around him. As a result Manor drove off the road into a ditch to avoid hitting Reynaldo. When asked…Manor told police Reynaldo didn’t stop at the intersection.
