(8-7-24) Mark Highley is a friend, a husband of 15 years, a father of 3, a foster parent, a special education teacher in Celina. Right now his family, friends and community are hoping to help Mark find a kidney donor.

Shortly after Mark’s first child was born, he found out that he had a birth defect in his kidneys and was diagnosed with kidney disease. Over the years he has been able to maintain and improve his kidney function. He has learned that his kidneys are no longer able to improve and he is in stage 5 kidney disease. His kidneys are failing. Mark is currently on the kidney transplant list at Ohio State and is actively searching for a living donor for him.
