(8-5-24) Kimberly Slaven (50) of Coldwater has agreed to a plea deal on the initial indicted felony charges of safecracking and theft charges that took place at the Coldwater Marathon station.

She is scheduled to be sentenced on September 3rd in Mercer County Common Pleas Court and is presently not in custody.
