(7-31-24) 101 Smokehouse in downtown Kenton was destroyed by fire early this morning around 3:30 am.

Captain Jason Conley from the Kenton Fire Department told WKTN that the fire was called in by a passerby.

“They noticed smoke coming from the roof, called 9-1-1. We were dispatched for a first alarm structure fire. Arrived on scene, we had heavy smoke and flame coming out of the roof towards the rear of 101 Smokehouse.”
