(7-26-24) Sara Devall (36) of Coldwater faces a 3rd degree felony charge of tampering with evidence and misdemeanor charges of (1st degree) possessing drug abuse instruments and disorderly conduct (4th degree) following an incident on Thursday Morning.
She is being held at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center on $50,000 (10%) bond and is awaiting a Mercer County Common Pleas Court Hearing.
