(7-11-24) Devin Martinez (30) was arrested today on a 5th degree theft felony, a 4th degree felony of grand theft of a motor vehicle and two 1st degree misdemeanor theft charges.

Martinez is being held with no bond at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center and is awaiting court hearings in Municipal and Common Pleas Court.
