The Friends of the Mercer County District Library will be having the Lake Festival Booksale. The event will be held on Friday, July 26, 2024 and Saturday, July 27, 2024.  The hours of the booksale are Friday, July 26, 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.and Saturday, July 27, 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. The booksale is in the book barn across the alley to the north of the library and behind the Marilyn Frahm Memorial Park.

On Saturday, July 27, is the bag sale for the whole day,  You buy one blue library bag for $3.00 and fill it full with any adult books or childrens books, DVDs and music CDs are included also.

The funds from the Friends of the Library book sale help with the expense for the children, teen and adult summer reading programs.
