(7-9-24) On July 7, 2024, the Greenville Police Department was dispatched to a sexual offense in the city of Greenville. On July 8, 2024, Kyle W. Harter (39) was arrested and charged with Pandering obscenities involving minors and Illegal use of a minor in -nudity-oriented material, both felonies of the 2nd degree. He is being held in the Darke County Jail with no bail.
