(6-25-24) Timothy Miller (20) of Mendon was arrested on February 21st for incidents with a 15 year old girl at the time of the offenses, he was 19 at the time.
He was released on March 1st on his own recognizance and according to the Mercer County Adult Detention website he is not presently in custody.
He was earlier convicted of other charges on May 29th.

He is scheduled to appear in Mercer County Common Pleas Court on July 3rd at 830am for the recent felony indictments against him.
