
(6-16-24) Last night in Mansfield the new Miss Ohio (Miss Shawnee) Stephanie Finoti was crowned… she won a $10,000 scholarship.
Her community service initiative was “That STEM Girl: How Mentorship Drives Diversity in Medicine.” Finoti won Thursday’s preliminary competition with her ballet performance of Kitri Variation Act III from Don Quixote. She won in fitness during Friday’s preliminary. Finoti is an undergrad student studying biomedical science at the University of Cincinnati.

The Caroline Grace Williams Spirit award which is a $250 Scholarship, sponsored by Caroline Grace Williams and Family is awarded to Grace Riegel, Miss Rock and Roll City
The Cheryl J Oliveri Memorial award which is a $500 scholarship, sponsored by the Cheryl J Oliveri Memorial Fund is awarded to Diamond Coleman, Miss Gem City
The Terri Mitchel Memorial award which is a $500 scholarship, sponsored by the Terri Mitchel Memorial Fund is awarded to Bryn Hasenaur, Miss Greater Butler County
Paul Herlihy Spirit award which are two $500 scholarships, one to a new contestant and one to a returning contestant. This is sponsored by The Paul Herlihy Memorial fund and is awarded to Grace Riegel, Miss Rock and Roll City and Marina DeNunzio, Miss Heart of Ohio
The Betty and Jim Estep award for Outstanding Classical Performance which is $500 Scholarship, sponsored by Randy and Mary Schroeder is awarded to Olivia Fosson, Miss Ohio River
