(6-8-24) The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office reports that Ninya Maria Denise (46) of Sidney was riding an ATV early this afternoon near the 10,900 block of Comanche Drive in Sidney when she lost control of it, struck a parked vehicle and then rolled the ATV over and hitting a mailbox.

Denise was pronounced dead at the crash scene. She was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
