(5-30-24) George Backs Junior (39) Middletown is accused of stealing from the Plaza Laundromat in Celina on May 19th.

Backs faces felony charges of safecracking and theft.

Celina Police received a report of a theft from the Plaza Laundromat located at 934 N. Main Street in Celina. Officers responded and found that someone had manipulated the change machine and stole quarters and bills. Management stated that they would be able to provide video surveillance footage. Over $1100 was stolen.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Backs.
